Mimaki cjv30-160 won't print black pls help!

Hi All,
This is my first posting, hope someone can help. my machine is just over 1 year old never had any problems with it, always did my reg. maintance now that my warrenty is over (2 mths ago go figure) it just stopped printing black today. I did perform every cleaning in the manual also did a complete flush (Discharge & Wash). when i do a test print there is C, Y, M but no K (black). If anyone can suggest something i would apprecate it.

Did you do any nozzle wash?
Did it happen all of a sudden? What I mean by this is, you were printing one day fine and next day no black at all kind a deal?
Did you check if you have ink in the black damper/s?
