Need Help Mimaki CJV30 Nozzle Test Fail

Hello! I am a new user of Mimaki CJV30. I did a nozzle test and some black failed.
I did some cleanings and a nozzle wash of 24 or more. It did not resolve as shown in the photo.
I think it happened after a little head strike on the vinyl. The head is apparently clean and without any scratch or any dirt around it.
Any solution?
