I think that ink is just used on the SWJ series printers, which use different heads. Good chance of compatibility on a DX7 solvent head, but I am not sure I would risk a new head on it.

CS-100 ink is some sort of mild solvent ink like the Mutoh UMS ink, although I think that the viscosity is higher and needs a more robust head like Ricoh, it will certainly work well on the DX7 head but I don't think the head will last long. In other words, don't demolish a 2K head.
