My Mimaki is leaving these tails when cutting

.

I have changed the rubber pen line, the blade, & the blade case. I have changed the ADJ-PRS OFS & the over cut. I know it is not the file because it cuts perfectly on my Roland & this has been happening to every file. Recently changed the print head and upgraded to RasterLink 6PLUS, I was previously using RasterLink 6.

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Image posted is hard to see since it's pretty low resolution. Make sure your blade depth, type and force are all set right? Also, make sure you're using Mimaki style blades, not Roland ones as they have different geometries (they have very similar blade holders).

Thanks for replying. It is Mimaki blade & the depth type and force are correct according to instructions. I've been using this style blade on this machine with this exact material for the last few years. I've only had to replace the blade a few times. I recently made the changes to the printer & the cut has been off since.
