Mimaki cutting issue

I have a serious issue.... my CJV30-130 prints wonderfully, but now when it comes time to cut out the job, it is offset by an inch or so on both x and y axis. I have looked through all the settings and cant seem to find the issue. I am sure I am overlooking something simple, but I can't figure it out. Anybody have a little insite for me this morning?

Did this problem happen out of the blue after using it problem free fore a while or is this a brand new machine and your first time cutting with it?

Well here is what we found.... with the new Windows update, it caused something to go wrong with profiles. Updated latest finecut8 software and seems to be working once again. Hope it stays flawless. Been a great machine for me.
