Mimaki CVJ30-160 and Windows 7

We just bought a new computer for our design studio and I am yet to decide whether to go with Windows XP or Windows 7. The computer will be driving Mimaki CJV30-160 printer/cutter and Xerox 7765 digital printer.

What do you say? Has anyone tried using Windows 7 with CJV30-160, or any other Mimaki printer for that mater?
