Is it still under warranty? These printers are pretty much all under warranty still unless you got the problematic first release.

Nevermind, I confused it with the CJV330. Have you rebooted the machine? Mimakis have a lot of safety checks in them and a lot of software lockouts, check around and inside the machine for anything that seems out of the ordinary.

hello thanks for answering but not have any quarantine and I am checking all key and functions but is totally locked nothing to do only think must upload frame work by another way and programing again machine but I don't know how I call mimaki but not get answering yes
