Hi everyone,

We have started to get an ink mist/overspray on our megenta/cyan channel on our cjv150. The machine is nearly 3 years old and is on the original head. It recently had a new pump and captop fitted as well as a wiper. It has not had any dampers yet at all.

Upon inspection of the head it all looks okay however I have noticed cyan and megenta looks to be dripping slightly as there is always small ink droplets on the head face. The nozzle test looks clean apart from deflections in cyan which occurred a few months ago and have never gotten worse. Please see attached images.

Could this be the dampers?
