Mimaki jfx200 air purge

Hi all
I still have the problem with chunks of lines missing in the black channel
Magenta is fine.
When I do a air purge no ink is purged out of the number 1 port bank so magenta and black.
Number 2 bank of ports purge fine cyan and yellow.
I have no air pressure errors.
I have been told I need to replace the head that seems a bit of a overkill because the black does come back after a few prints.
Can I swap the air lines from number 2 head to number 1 head to see if I have a blockage
I would appreciate the feedback
Thanks

Pricey, check all of the fittings on head and subtank, sounds like you have an Air leak after the pressure sensor some where. Might be on the negative pressure side and allowing ink to drip out. Hows the weather in Australia? Its 50* f in Nashville, TN
