Need Help Mimaki JFX500 and Onyx19

I would like to know how Onyx works with Miamki JFX500? On the Onyx web library, I can find only one profile for "sintra". Can I use that profile for all substrate or I should use different profiles for specific substrate? What about white and clear ink?
