The JV-33 will no longer connect to the computer it has been running on for the past 4-5 years. Last Thursday it just stopped connecting and I haven't been able to figure it out.
I have disconnected the USB and reconnected it into different ports, which is what usually gets it to work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers multiple times. The only thing I haven't done was uninstall the software because its on Version 6.5 and I wouldn't know where to get the software download along with all the profiles we had installed into it. Hopefully someone could help me fix this without uninstalling the software.
