Need Help Mimaki jv100-160 system halt

Hi, please help.
I have mimaki jv100-160 that gives me this error code after long weekend.
System halt (1)
b1a: pcb base IO

Before getting above error i got this error first

The first error you got, error 811, is basically saying the main board and I/O board aren't communicating properly. The second one means the I/O board is no longer detected. At the end of the day either a cable became unplugged or something shorted out causing damage to the boards and/or cables.

Thank you. Could it be the blown fuse on io board?

Try to update firmware, if it wont help you have to replace COMIO board

Usually if it's a fuse the error will tell you which one. Wouldn't hurt to test them though.
