Hello,
We recently replaced a yellow head, everything went well, but when we went to do a print test we were having dropout issues on black. After a bit of testing and replacing of the dampers on black, we were able to print again. Unfortunately after printing for a minute or two the color beings to drop out. I've tried running a pure CMYK print to see which is dropping out and it's all of them. I even turned on the margin pattern to see which color drops out during print and again it is all colors. I've attached some images of what our prints look like. We've tried adjusting the capping station multiple times to try to test issues by both raising it and lowering it too much from the heads and neither creates an observable difference, just the same dropout issues. Any ideas would be helpful, my thoughts are it could be the capping station itself, but since I can't affect the print results with capping alignment changes, I'm hesitant to say it's the capping station for sure.
Thank you,
Ian
