Mimaki JV3-75 SPII thoughts?

I have a chance to pick one of these up and was wondering if i could get some thoughts of this machine. It is in working order. The guy said he just recently quit using it because he had to upgrade to a bigger model. Anyone printing on this machine from Signlab? Also what price range should this thing be in? I run a Summa dc4 currently and was thinking of adding this to my shop mainly for larger volume work 4x8's and race cars to keep production costs down since ribbons get pretty pricey.
