Need Help Mimaki JV3 fill ink for first time again

I have never had this message at the first it saysInk Type SS2 4 color which is right but then it says fill up ink and runs and runs scares me I don't want to run all my ink throught it......What should I do just let it run or somrthing else . It has 8 cartridges in it CMYK x 2

I let it run and it went back to local Thank you LORD!!!! it still prints great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! even though it is obsolete like me!!!!!!!!!
