Mimaki JV3 or a Mutoh Valuejet 1204?

between the two, which is the most reliable machine for doing decals and banners with?

Ignoring the size difference with one being a 60" and one being a 48".

I have sold and serviced both units and in my opinion the 1204 is the better printer. The 1204 is easier for an end user and also costs less to maintain and have serviced. Also if it is a JV3-160s you will want to steer clear of it since Mimaki doesn't stock any of the boards for this printer anymore.

If you are interested we have a used ValueJet 1604 64” that we are refurbishing and it will be available for sale soon.

the 64" is really overkill for my needs...but thank you.

I think i'll keep my eye out for either a 48" or a Roland Versacamm sp300v.
