Need Help Mimaki JV300 Printing Consistent Band of Colors in Margin Issue

I am having a consistent issue with my Mimaki printing excess bands of color on the outside margins and “shadowing” my artwork like in the attached picture.

Is this a sign of heads or another item needing to be replaced? It has gradually gotten more consistent and worse over time. We have tried cleaning/maintenance to no avail.
