Help!
My machine is only printing in black for all of my files.... It will print the test draw in colour an the color check strips in color - just not my files.
I have undoubtedly changed a setup function or the like, but cannot figure out what?
It was working fine all morning, then,after a nozzle wash, I scrolled through some other settings and may have changed something....oops. User Type or something. I was having some banding issues that I was trying to fix.
I have had the operations manual out all afternoon to no avail - any ideas out there?
