Hello, we have a Mimaki JV33-160 64" which had water damage, we replaced the power supply and worked for a while but had a noise when moving the head, then we got "Error 250 Y coordinate" someone came and opened the black piece in back of the Head Assy. and all the small balls fell out.
We need to replace that 2 black pieces in back of the head does someone have an old jv33 not working and get that part (LM guide)?
Mimaki says that you cannot take off the black pc. from the long rod, and they say it will take 2 days to replace and will take ? weeks to ship, i think i could slide it on, by putting together the 2 rods.
