Mimaki JV33-160BSAn error has been detected during locating & printing (#)

My rip ware Rasterlink pro5 came out this statement during printing halfway, DRV: an error has occured during output(W), <a device attached to the system is not functioning {31}, and the printer just stop printing.
did anyone encounter this problem ?

I've had a similar message, it's never stopped printing and I've never been able to find a flaw in the print.

I've noticed (and this maybe just coincidence) that I tend to have more error messages when the rip station's hard drive is closer to capacity.

Try with another USB cable, shielded one.

We had lot of this problems in the other facility we had. USB cord was so much longer and was on the floor.

Now we have a shorter cable and we only get this error once a month or so. We have not found the problem yet.

Maybe RAM, hardrive free space problems or USB ports that interrupts the power for an instant, who knows.

Until know it has no explanation for us yet.
