Mimaki jv33 dead

Hi Guys

Hope all is well with u guys.

I have a mimaki jv33 160. Head just got blocked. So i removed head. Flushed head through manifold. Head cleared up. Put the head back. Started up printer then it just switched off leaving button at front lit. Switched off and tried again same story.removed head tried to flush again this time completely blocked. No flushing.

Plz help. Printer is dwn a month now and techs are not available.

Did you make sure there is no ink or cleaning solution on the FPC cable? Normally if there is any kind of short near the FPC you can kill a the motherboard.
