New Guy Mimaki JV33 printing weird lines

Hello All,
I have a new to me Mimaki JV33-160. I have had it almost completely refurbed recently. However it is printing odd lines on each print. It is always in the same place between 2 pinch rollers. I will upload a couple of pictures to help explain. Thank you for any info you might have.

Can you post a picture of what the file is actually supposed to look like? I am guessing you are talking about the blue/magenta/purple thing in the C,E,W. but it will help people to see exactly what they are looking at.

Clean the encoder strip and sensor. It might need to be replaced. This can also happen when you use the wrong type of head.

Yes sir that is what im referring to. attached is the way it should look.
