Mimaki JV33BS lockout

Hi all, have an old JV33BS, had a fried Motherboard. Got a replacement from another JV33BS and got it started, then downloaded the parameter file and got locked out. Asking for a Dealer number. Bought it off DGS Mimaki years ago and they are no longer in Business. Asked Mimaki for help and they declined. Does anyone here have a dealer number to share from this area (Australia)? or maybe DGS Mimaki one off an old printer. Thanks in advance

Dealer numbers were never used in the US and usually left blank. Will it allow you to just enter nothing? It's possible the BS version of the models require one and I just don't know it since they only sold those outside the US.

No, tried nothing in the screen, got into the parameters and changed some stuff which was supposed to bypass it and it didn't, was working OK until downloading the parameter file, just a few issues with colour bars. I have 2 other Mimaki printers I bought from the same place, but the Dealer is blank on them. Is there any way past this screen?

G'day Phil, I have a JV33-130BS that has been converted to non-BS. I could send you the parameters to try?
Otherwise, we had success fixing a motherboard on my CJV30, I could find my notes about that...

It sounds like the replacement motherboard and parameter file caused the lockout. Hopefully someone with a JV33BS can confirm the correct firmware or parameters for this model.

I’d be careful with downgrading firmware unless the version is confirmed for the BS model. Hopefully you can get the printer working again without causing any further issues.
