Mimaki Stopping mid print and restarting

Hey guys question here is I have a JV3-130SP II and out of nowhere when I run prints sometimes now it will print so much of the sign and then stop re suck ink and move roll of vinyl like 2 inches and up then restart printing.

Anyone know why this would be doing this? I just ran a 4' x 10' full bleed and it stopped at the 7' mark and then moved 3 inches and started again. Not a huge deal because I can still splice it together and its in the air but I don't want this happening like it did on my banner run.,

Stop and start

I do not have a perfect answer but I have had a roll of banner material so sticky that it caused the motor to time out and was forced to rollout enough material to get the print done when I reprinted.
