Im looking for Mimaki Tech in Windsor,Ontario or Detroit area.
What I need is printing head calibration or if any of you know how to do it please let me know.
After print head hit the media I lost magenta. After cleanning it I have all my colors back but this time my prints are fuzzy, blurry .
It looks to me that i have to calibrate my print head.
I could be wrong. I hope.
I would appreciate any help.

Hi you are not on the high setting for the head are you?(lever in the middle of the carraige and 2 screws to undo)?

I'm on "thin" setting.

Hi, did you lost the whole channel or only some nozzles?

Whole magenta on right side was gone but after cleaning i've got it back.
Right know I have a problem with quality of my prints.

drop. pos correct funcion.... if you cant fix like that, you might want to make a manual calibration but this is strange....except you had a big serious media crash and printhead moved a bit.

I have done that as well, didn't work.
