Mimaki Tech in or near OKC

I have a ts300p-1800 and am having some issues.

My issue is the blue banding that I'm getting. That and my nozzles are pretty bad on 2 of the heads

I don't know if there is or not but I definitely wouldn't be browsing forums all day long to find customers...

Have you tried mimaki tech support yet?
If they cant help, tubelite might have some techs around there. IDK

thank you, i'm working with mimaki techs from Texas, I'm just hoping to find one local as not to have to pay $158 an hour for 6+ hours of travel if/when they need to come up here.

We use tubelite out of memphis tn. The tech is from Birmingham AL. He has to drive around 5 hours to get here. I dont see why they wouldnt send one to OKC.
I think our rate is around 350 and that covers travel and a couple hours.
