Mimaki technician manual

Good morning,
I’m new to signs101… im in need of a Mimaki service technician manual. My service technician retired and I have an older mimaki UJF 3042 mkii that I would like to tinker with. I have the maintenance and operations manual. I’m just looking for the one that only dealers and technicians have. I’m willing to provide monetary for it as well. Where I live I don’t have a Mimaki technician within a 500 mile radius. Any help is greatly appreciated

Hi, i am in a similar situation, i am a new technician in my area in the factory, and there is no one to tell me anything about our UJF-3042FX. I could really do with a copy of the maintainance manual and maybe some advice/help.

If you got a new UJF-3042FX, I am impressed, those things are pretty old. Great printers, but when they were new, far before my time.

We actually have 2 brand new Fx's, purchased a few years ago to replace the 2 we have in use currently. But, the 2 we use are going well....except i changed a head on one of them and i need to go through a calibration on it now as the print is off slightly. I don't know the procedure yet.

I have one. You can also join scribd and have almost anything you need at your fingertips. I have a ujf3042 and 4 ujf6042mkii that I run at work.

Maybe anyone has and can send a link for Mimaki TX300p service (maitenance) manual. I need parameter list an its value for TX300p, especialy ink parameter value.

There isn't any document, that Mimaki gives out anyway, that describes all parameters. While some Mimaki tech manuals have an "Important Parameters" section that goes through some of the ones a tech might need to troubleshoot or enter permanent service mode, the document that you're most likely looking for is called the Service Document. That document will definitely have the important parameters section which will contain basic ink parameters like whether the ink is already filled or not, which ink set you want to use etc. I'd help further but we don't have access to that manual as we don't sell Mimaki textile products.

Thanks for message. We have Ts300p printer and want to change dedicated ink SB411 with Tp400 pigment Ink to print on Textile. So it would be nice to change Ink parameter to TP 400 Ink chips, as we receive TP400 Ink bags with its chips. Our printer TS300p do not accept TP400 Ink chips. By the way, TS 300p is almost iddentical with TX 300p and works well with TP 400 pigment Ink. What parameters must be changed to accept TP 400 Ink chips on Ts300p printer? Any help welcome.

It's in the maintenance menu, I believe under setup. Nothing personal, if you don't know that, messing with parameters is a really bad idea.
