I've two Mimaki tx300 printers currently printing DTF, each printer has its own pc and own licence etc.
in the past few months ive found that the printers (BOTH OF THEM) are randomly stopping printing, the machines still state 'DATA REMAIN' and sound as ifs they are active etc.
the print client programme closes, but the job still sits in the ripping box as a percentage of what's been printed as if it were mid way through.
When I go in to the job centre it says the printer is 'manual idle'.
We have tried re installing the programmes etc and all the usual but nothing seems to help! it seems very odd for it to be happening on both machines when they run completely separate.
ergo soft have stated that v14 is now at end of life but SHOULD still work..
Mimaki never get back to me so I'm at a loss!
