Mimaki ucjv 300-130 weird sound while refreshing

Hello everyone,


While the printer was going through its regular ink refreshing process, it abruptly started emitting unusual noises. This is the first instance of such an occurrence. Has anyone encountered a similar issue before? I'm eagerly awaiting your advice.

Sounds like maybe your circulation pump for the white is failing and/or the gear that connects the motor and the pump is stripped. It's a fairly common issue for that pump to leak on this model. I wouldn't be surprised if you have a leak as well. You'll want to take a look behind those covers and inspect the pump.
