Mimaki UCJV300-160 Where do buy parts in UK?

Hello,

I'm a happy owner of Mimaki UCJV300-160.

Sadly the Control panel need replacing but I can't find any on the internet. I contacted the dealer and they told me they won't sell me a part because this has to be fitted by a Mimaki engineer.

The part itself cost £35 but with engineer callout, the total cost is £415!

This is a simple easy job to do and I can do it myself but I can't get parts!
Any idea where I can find the Control panel part?
