Need Help mimaki uclv300-160 printing problem

vertical lines appear on my printing, usually came outside of the printing area, someone as ever seen this problem,

Maybe problem its in electrostatic of material or you have a noise in electrical line.
Maybe printhead have a wrong firing because getting signal from breaking flat cable.
Or maybe a encoder tape its not clear on this position.
