Hi, anyone had this?
Printed a job on our Mimaki UJF-3042FX and the first 9 sheets were spot on, the remaining sheets were slightly lighter on all colours. This was onto clear polycarbonate and only came to light when a white backup was screen printed. We use Rasterlink 5 to output to output to the Mimaki. Going back and restoring the backup file and checking against the database we keep for all jobs, all the settings were correct but still printed light. Restoring a previous job for the same customer with the same colours and settings, this printed correctly. The opened the original eps file and set up to the same print condition, colour adjustment and colour replacement. this also printed with the correct colours. Can only think the ripped data corrupted. Any thought?
Ray.
