Need Help Mimaki UJF 3042 HG problem with printhead

Hi guys, I assembled a new head, it didn't print black, I managed to assemble it, but the black one and I brought these scratches with it (I'm kidding but it's not funny), I've already done several cleanings and they don't disappear, please whoever can help ;)

After leaving the head with the cleaning liquid, now it's like this, any help will be appreciated, in the installation manual, it says to [RESET SHOT CNTS] but I can't find "ADJUST" in my menu
