I'm new to this forum and I need your help.
Its been 3months since our Mimaki UJF 7151 Plus developed a fault. I was printing a job when the printer popped a dialog reading "ERROR 60c INK TYPE MCYK__" I pressed the enter button on the printer, to my surprise the printer displayed that it is using Ink type LUS 350 but we had Ink type LH 100 installed. After this, I contacted Mimaki but no response. After waiting for a month we ordered a new set of INK.
Now the new LH 100 INK-SET is installed but the printer is still in the same mode. "ERROR 60c".
So far I have checked the ink expiry date and they are all 2022
Please if you know anything about this issue or you have encountered this before, kindly help out.
