Magna Cum Laude - School of Hard Knocks
When I did this Cars movie themed Viper, we were worried about the legality of it. It is a personal vehicle, and he primarily did it for his kids, so I don't even know if it is all still on there. But fun to do anyway. I recreated ALL the fake brand logos myself, based on a sticker book the customer brought me.

It is infringement no matter how you look at it

A smart company would complain and take legal recourse about their logo be paraded all over the country on a car because that car may be driven recklessly, at high speeds or by a drunk driver etc. They would also want to prevent someone that is not a representative of their company driving around in a branded vehicle flipping off other drivers, having mild or major forms of road rage or any of the previous mentions. Once you brand that vehicle it becomes public perception that, that vehicle is a company vehicle and a rep inside.

Perception is Reality and it is up to the company producing the work to abide by the laws that govern infringement. Sorry to be the downer here. Disney and Harley are amongst the top sticklers when it comes to protecting their logo. They would have that wrap off, in no time.

However you all did a "Great Job." It does look awesome. Just not legal.

Minecraft Wrap

I would guess its a grey area, although there is no high resolution artwork available, it was all drawn from scratch - as a one off - not for commercial gain - and with Minecraft Artists / Wallpapers, Mojang seem to encourage this - if they want it off, they can come and take it off )

I imagine after 9 years they aren't all that worried about it...
