Missing Installer Onyx Gamaprint v21

I have a license and dongle for Onyx Gamaprint v21, but need the installer (that apparently is no longer available on their website as of 7/31). I even have the installer USB stick but for some reason it only installs Cut Server (its the offical usb from the box so I'm not sure why i'm not seeing the Rip portion or Gamaprint launcher)

Since v21 just exited Onyx support, they aren't being helpful to me.

If someone could share this with me, or point me in the right direction, I'd be very grateful!
