Just purchased a roll of the GMI / Mojave LM3CL Laminate and would be interested in any experience and opinions of the product. When webbing the machine the first thing I noticed about it, is that the adhesive is very aggressive. So I wasn’t surprised to see silvering after applying at a setting of 40 on my Drytac laminator. The same setting that works well on other cold laminates I have used. But the silvering does go away and leaves a nice glossy finish.
It’s listed as 3mil. But it feels thicker or at least tougher. Using a 60dg. blade I found I had to crank up the down-force on the cutter when doing the post lam. contour-cut.
It’s outdoor life expectancy is rated to be 4 years
