Monitor KVM Problem

I just replaced my video card with a ASUS GeForce GTX 750Ti GDDR5 2GB (GTX750TI-OC-2GD. Now I have a problem with my KVM switch. I have two computers with three monitors, one dedicated to each computer and the third one shared via the switch. Before I changed the video card everything on my desktop stayed the same when I switched to the other computer. Now everything switches to the dedicated monitor when I switch to the other computer. I have tried changing inputs around but nothing changes. Do you have any idea how to fix this. Thanks for any help you can give.
