Monomeric laminate on a Polymeric vinyl?

Hi all!

Very quick question....

For short term use (i.e. an exhibition lasting only a couple of days), would it be OK to put a monomeric laminate on top of a polymeric vinyl?

I know you shouldn't do it, but will it matter for just a few days?

(I ask because I forgot to order more Poly lam, and I've got a job to finish in the morning!)
