Close, but it's not a match. Many of the terminals are slightly different on the monument (leg of the R has curved bottom, not straight, flares are missing on some other letters).

You may be able to get a close match by applying an outline/inline. The Albertus I have in Omega has slightly different terminals, as noted earlier.

Those are pirate sites.

OP, the closest I can find on MyFonts are the bolder weights of these two. Albertus Nova is just a newer version of Albertus, and Adelon is a renamed Albertus released by another company that presumably didn't own the rights to use the name.
