a big thanks to Dan Ramm @ TyrrellTech-NJ for great service! the other day i received a roll of material, ordered from them but drop shipped from the manfact. and it was damaged (not Dan's fault ) and it caused a jam up on my roland vp so they are working on a credit for the damaged material and he talked me through getting my machine back up and running with in a day.
