Moving Cut Line in illustrator

Just curious...I am not sure how to move the cut line to the outside green rather than on the blue. All my stroke lines do this to the inside.

If your on illustrator.^^^^^ If your on flexi then it is convert to outlines under the Arrange tab.

I believe outline stroke will give you a compound line on the outside which then cuts twice when sent to plotter.

Also remember to make the cut path stroke thickness 0.25 pt., and set the Align Stroke to the CENTER position in the STROKE DIALOG box.
