mutoh 1204 print line uneven

Hi , i just change a new head less than 3 month and found out the K line is uneven when i do a print check and much more worse when i life up the head.
- Have soak the head overnight and it does not help
- ink use 3rd party .

- Can anybody knows whats wrong. Attach is the pic

What inks are you using? You have many mis-directed nozzles...

its 3rd party ink provided by vendors . Is it the setting fault
