Mutoh 1204 Printing Streaks!!! Help??

So I started my printer up today to print a couple of signs and in the same are on 2 prints I have got this black streak issue. Can anyone tell me what is going wrong here? Thank you in advance

It almost looks as if the print head was hitting/rubbing the material in certain spots.

+1 - if the material is tunneling between the rollers, loosening slack on the roll helps, as well as dropping pre-platen temp

Head strikes from media raising up off the platen. Wrong heater settings, humidity, bad media.

Resolve or risk damage to printheads.

Fixed!!

Thanks everyone!! Somehow my heat settings were all at 50 so i lowered them down to specs and it seems to have fixed the issue. Guess i was just over thinking everything and missed the small stuff.
