I have a Mutoh Valuejet 1204. I am getting an error message that the life times pump needs to be replaced. However my ink is still printing other than the black. I can print Magenta, Cyan, and Yellow with zero issues however the black will not print.
I do a nozzle test and out of the two blocks for black one is completely missing. Does anyone know if this is a separate issue from the life times pump error or is this due to the pump?
