Mutoh 1204 Yellow Lines Problem

Hi, i need help my 2 yellows lines are now fill with a very soft magenta color. I do a cleaning step , nothing happen. Please let me know how to fix this problem.

If you did a cleaning and nothing happened it's because the lines underneath the capping station are clogged. That's also why you are getting cross contamination.

You were right. I drain solvent on the Cap Top and ran a cleaning cycle and is working fine. Thanks for your help.
