Need Help mutoh 1304 Unidentified media

My 8 YO MUTOH is sick
Media initial has been problematic off and on
I cleaned the sensor on the carriage
No luck
Someone posted the could turn off the media initial
To work around this problem

Kaz signs fast now by veterans 33060
