We have had issues recently with our Mutoh 1324 pulling inconsistently when we have started new rolls of vinyl and we start printing, leaving occasional stretch marks on the print. Today, it went to a new level, coming up with a CR error, saying that the Y axis motor had an issue and then actually shut itself down. We tried another test print after that, it and it worked fine. Any thoughts?
