Mutoh 1324 Issues

Hello everyone, having some issues with my mutoh 1324, was having issues with banding/missing nozzles. Installed new cap top, but still having recent troubles. Can someone tell me what might be wrong, causing this print? these are 100% c/m/y/k colors.

Also I wanted to check the alignment of the print head, and I know how to print the alignment tests from the service manual, as well as where the adjustments are, but I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be looking for and which way to adjust when I run those alignment prints.

The head housing could be dirty and check if the wiper is working properly. Do a few cleanings and print a cmyk chart in a few m2 or more, the head should clean itself.
