Mutoh 1324X Not Printing

I have been working on my Mutoh 1324X and have replaced the printhead, dampers, cables, maintenance station and fuses(3 tiny ones) however for the nozzle check it still is not printing anything, it acts like it is printing however nothing. Could it be the CR board or the Main board? Which do I try first? or is there something else I should replace first? Oh and yes there is ink flowing through the head and into the waste tank so that is all working.

Have you verified ink is flowing during cleaning cycles? Take the cover that blocks the waste tubes from view off and watch them during a cleaning to make sure fluid is actually flowing. A lot of the time, a head goes bad because of a bad cap top or pump and when you put the new head in, the same problem prevents it from filling.

If you can verify ink is flowing and it still doesn't print at all, it's probably the head itself or the main board causing the issue. Double check all the fuses. If any are popped again, something is shorting the circuit, most likely a damaged or crooked cable. If the fuses are good, then start looking at main board/head. In my experience the CR board almost never goes bad although there is a fuse on it you should check.

Yes ink is flowing during cleaning cycles and as a safe bet I replaced the fuse on the CR board and 2 on the main board that I could see. If I replace the Main board do you know of a technician in the MN area that can do it?

The fuse that kills the head signal most often is the F2 fuse on the main board. It's on the very corner of the board near the black heatsinks. So just make sure that's one of the ones you tested/replaced. What was the issue with the head that made you decide to change it in the first place? If it fired at all, you might reinstall it and see if it still fires. That will confirm if it's the main board or not.

I don't know anyone in that area unfortunately.
